Fresh air and some vitamin d can really boost you up. Peel yourself off that couch and grab your canine and go for a nice walk after dinner now.

Energy consumption is lower now. You finally will be able to give your furnace a little break soon. Or even your electric. You wont have to turn on your lights in the home at 430 pm anymore. Energy saved equals money saved.
